We’re a small business who like to keep our clients at the forefront. Having grown from managing our own short-term accommodations in 2014, we recognise the importance of keeping guests happy and ensuring each property is well looked after. This is a win for everyone.

We’re a family business. We’ve purposely grown slowly over the past 10 years to ensure time for our young family, without compromising on the attention to detail required to ensure things keep running smoothly. Simon has been at the forefront for the past 10 years, a teacher for 7 years, he left to focus on his children and to slowly work on the business. This is his “Road Less Travelled”.

We pride ourselves on our relentless commitment to look after each property as if it was our own, and in our strong communication with both guests and property owners.

All of our properties are set up to ensure complete self-sufficiency for our guests. Our properties are spread across Dunedin, but we are available to assist if required.
