Situated on the flat, in an apartment set off the street that ensures privacy and quiet, we are located two blocks from the University, Dunedin Public Hospital and city centre malls, restaurants, cafes and supermarket. Approximately 1.5km to Forsyth Barr Stadium, a 15 minute walk away. The space is entirely your own, with no shared areas.

Access
There is ramp / walkway access directly into this apartment, and no steps required. The entire interior is all on one level. Please be aware that free parking is located in a lot across the road (and it is paid parking on the street directly outside the apartment).
