We are set up with a full kitchen, bathroom and patio area with views of the Otago Harbour from the kitchen. A fold out couch in the lounge can also be set up on request. This space is entirely your own, with no shared spaces. There are no stairs in this property, and access from the street is reasonably simple.

Walk directly off the street into the spacious lounge area, with a hallway coming off it featuring a double bedroom and moody bathroom coming off it. At the end of the hall is the kitchen area with breakfast bar-style dining, a full laundry, and access to the outdoor patio area. A heat pump in the living area heats this space, which also acts as air conditioning in the warmer months.
