Description
Tastefully decorated, our apartment has just been built and set up to cater specifically for guests, featuring modern amenities and new appliances. Located in the popular family-friendly suburb of St Kilda – handy to beaches, parks and shopping areas. Flexible Bedding Arrangements: We can offer a range of different bed set ups to carter to different groups. Please let us know in advance Bedroom 1: King bed only Bedroom 2: 2x Single beds or 1x King bed.

Our standard office hours are typically: Mon-Fri: 9am – 5pm Sat/Sun: 10am – 4pm For urgent enquiries outside of these hours, we recommend calling directly, or sending a message via email / your booking platform.

Neighborhood
Situated in peaceful St Kilda, our accommodation offers reasonably easy access to local beaches the popular “Dinosaur Park”, and is not too far from cafe’s supermarkets and eateries The entire space is your own, with no shared areas.

Access
Parking is available in a lot just outside the unit. The internal apartment is split across two levels, with entry / kitchen / living downstairs and bedrooms / bathrooms on the upper floor.

Space
Walk into the kitchen area to find a breakfast bar and dining/living space beyond. There are two external doors that lead out to a small yard area. Up the stairs, you will find two bedrooms and the main bathroom. Bedroom 1 is set up with a king bed and internal storage and features and ensuite with shower and toilet. Bedroom 2 also has built in storage and has flexible options for bed set up. Our large flat screen TV is set up with stream capabilities and the kitchen is fully equipped to ensure all the comforts of home. A heat pump heats the living area downstairs, with an additional heater available in each bedroom. A recently added Nespresso machine ensure an extra comfort.

Transit
Handy to a public bus route that heads into town (bus stop is 50m from the property). Route 3: Ocean Grove – City – Ross Creek 28km (25min drive) from airport 4.5km (10min drive) to town area (Octagon) 5km (11min drive) to University / Hospital area.
