Neighbourhood
Situated in the extremely popular suburb of St Clair. Walkable access to some of the best beaches and the esteemed Esplanade area where you can find a selection of great cafes, restaurants and shops. Handy also to the popular “Dinosaur Park” and a nearby golf club.

Access
The interior of the property is entirely your own. The yard and driveway area is shared with our neighbouring accommodation, however it is scarcely used. There is 1 step up into the property, and then an additional couple of steps down from the living area to access the bedroom / bathroom area.

Space
From the car park directly outside the unit, enter into the kitchen and spacious open plan lounge & dining area. From a door off the far end of the lounge, you will find the bathroom on your right, and bedroom down a couple of steps. The bedroom can be set up with either a King bed or 2 Single beds, and an additional bed can be set up in the lounge on request. A heat pump heats the living area, with an additional heater available in the bedroom. We also provide hot water bottles for each bed.

Handy to a public bus route that heads into town (bus stop is 400m from the property). Route 8: St Clair – City – Normanby 27km (25min drive) from airport 5.5km (12min drive) to town area (Octagon) 6km (14min drive) to University / Hospital area
