Our apartment has been thoughtfully renovated to cater specifically for guests and is located in the popular family-friendly suburb of Tainui – handy to beaches, parks and shopping areas. A recently added Nespresso machine ensure an extra comfort. Flexible Bedding Arrangements: We can offer a range of different bed set ups to carter to different groups. Please let us know in advance Bedroom 1: Queen bed only Bedroom 2: 1x King bed or 2x Single beds.

Neighborhood
Situated in peaceful Tainui, our accommodation offers reasonably easy access to local beaches the popular “Dinosaur Park”, and is not too far from cafe’s supermarkets and eateries The entire space is your own, with no shared areas.

Access
From the street, it’s a short walk through the gate and up a couple of steps to access the property. Once inside, the property is all on one level.

Space
Enter into the kitchen area to find a large breakfast bar and huge living space beyond. The fully equipped bathroom/ laundry comes off this area. Beyond the lounge, you will find 2 separate bedrooms. The living area features a flat-screen TV with streaming capabilities. Our kitchen is fully equipped to ensure all the comforts of home. A heat pump in the living area heats this space, with an additional heater in each bedroom.

Transit
Handy to a public bus routes that heads into town (bus stop is 200m from the property). Route 3: Ocean Grove – City – Ross Creek 29km (30min drive) from airport 4.5km (10min drive) to town area (Octagon) 5km (12min drive) to University / Hospital area.
